If you are trying to avoid silicon-based products for health or environmental reasons, any ingredient that ends in -cone, -conol, or –siloxane, is a silicone. There are primers that have silicone-free formulas which use botanical oils and waxes instead of silicones.

If you are blessed with a complexion free of problem areas and imperfections, you probably don’t need a primer. There have been a lot of advances in makeup since primers were first introduced. Many BB, CC, Blur creams and tinted moisturizers can actually work as primers. If you don’t like to wear foundation, or use very little makeup you might prefer forgoing primer and use one of those products instead.

Like most of the balm cosmetics sale powder products, the texture of this eyeshadow is buttery and smooth, but also powdery, which means you will get a bit of a "dusty" powder cloud when you swipe your brush across the shadows and apply them to your lids. With some of the shades this isn't too much of an issue, but it is a problem with the glitter and shimmer shades. In both cases, there is quite a bit of fallout, so much so that it coats your top lashes in shadow, which can quickly lead to eye irritation from the shadow getting into the eye itself. The color quality of all the shades is good because they have quite a bit of pigment, and they wear well for most of the day without fading. The balm wholesale here, Start your beauty journey now.
